Registration & Accommodation

REGISTIRATION INFORMATION

• %20 VAT will be added to registiration fees.
• Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives. The registration fees stated above include participation in scientific sessions and a congress bag.
• Your congress registration will be confirmed upon payment; the registration fee must be transferred to the congress account, and the proof of payment must be sent via email to the Congress Organization Secretariat.
• Participants who have not made a hotel reservation through Global Tourism, the Congress Organization Secretariat, for the hotels to be used within the scope of the congress are required to pay an additional external participation fee on top of the registration fees listed in the table above, either on a daily basis or as a total fee for the full 4-day congress period.

 

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

• A 10% VAT and 2% city tax will be added to the accommodation fees.
• The room rates stated above are based on a 4-night stay under the “All-Inclusive” concept, with check-in on November 4, 2026 and check-out on November 8, 2026.
• Check-in time for all hotels is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
• Accommodation reservations will be confirmed upon full payment of the total accommodation fee. In order to confirm your reservation, please share your payment receipt with the congress secretariat.
• The external participation fee includes the entrance and facility usage fee for the congress venue, as well as the opening cocktail and gala dinner (between 09:00–00:00).

Cancellation Policy

All refunds will only be valid if submitted in writing to Global Tourism.

Registration and accommodation fees;

• If cancellation is requested on or before 15 June 2026, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  
• No refunds will be made for cancellations requested after 15 June 2026.

All refunds will be processed one month after the conclusion of the congress.

 

ACCOMPANYING PERSON PARTICIPATION

The accompanying person participation fee applies to one adult who will stay with a physician whose accommodation in a single room is covered by the sponsoring company.

The accompanying person accommodation fee is 450 EUR + 10% VAT + 2% city tax, with a total amount of 504 EUR including taxes.

This fee includes a 4-night accommodation package, participation in the social program, and transfers.

In case of accommodation in the same room with two adults;

• For two adults, the first child up to 6 years of age stays free of charge, while the first child between 6–12 years of age receives a 30% discount
• For two adults with one child, the second child (0–12 years) is also eligible for a 30% discount on the accommodation fee.

Child discounts are valid only when children stay in the same room with their parents. In case of single-room accommodation, the first child is charged based on the double room rate, regardless of age

What is the External Participation Fee?

In hotels operating on an all-inclusive system, food and beverage services are provided free of charge at all bars and restaurants during the congress activities, as part of the hotel's concept. Therefore, identity checks are conducted upon hotel check-in, and if accommodation is not made at the congress hotel, the hotel will charge an external participation fee for the services provided. If the fee is not paid, access to the congress hotel will be denied. The external participation fee applies to all participants and company representatives. Payment must be completed before the congress.
