CONGRESS GRANT

Among the abstracts submitted to our congress, a limited number of abstracts accepted following the evaluations of the Scientific Committee and reviewers will be granted registration and accommodation support to the corresponding authors, upon request. The abstracts eligible for support will be determined based on reviewer score rankings, the total number of submitted abstracts, and the overall allocated scholarship quota

FEEDBACK

Submitted abstracts will be evaluated through the online system, and the evaluation results will be sent to the email address registered in the system starting from 23 September 2026. All stages of the evaluation process can be followed via the system using the user’s personal email and password.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS & EDITOR’S DESK SESSIONS

Oral presentations and Editor’s Desk presentations at TRS-SOLUNUM 2026 will be delivered in designated halls and scheduled time slots. Authors are expected to prepare a PowerPoint presentation briefly summarizing their research. The ideal duration for oral presentations is 7 minutes, while editor’s desk presentations are allocated 10 minutes. A total of 10–15 slides is considered sufficient. Allocating adequate time for discussion is essential.

CASE COUNCIL

At our congress, “Case Council” sessions will be included in the main program to provide a scientific platform where physicians working under challenging field conditions can present cases they have encountered in practice, cases that are difficult to diagnose, or rare cases they wish to share with their colleagues, and discuss them in an academic environment.

In these sessions, cases categorized by topic will be discussed under the chairmanship of two experienced colleagues in the relevant field, with the participation of all attendees. The cases will be evaluated in detail, and possible management strategies will be discussed collectively. For these sessions, it is sufficient to prepare a PowerPoint presentation summarizing the case, with a duration of 5–8 minutes. Allowing time for discussion is essential.

E-POSTERS

E-posters to be presented at TRS-SOLUNUM 2026 will be presented and discussed in designated time slots under the moderation of session chairs.
In addition, they will be displayed on a rotating basis via an “electronic poster display system” on computers available throughout the congress.
Once your abstracts are accepted as e-posters, you will be notified in writing, and you will be required to upload your e-poster to the system.

  3. Click the “My Submissions” button in the left panel. From there, you will be able to access all of your submissions.
  4. Click the “Full Text / Upload Poster” button located under the abstract accepted as a poster.
  5. On the page that opens, select the relevant sections of your poster and copy-paste the corresponding content into the appropriate fields; add any figures and tables if available, and save your work.
  6. Use the “Preview” button to check your poster.
  7. Once you are sure that there are no missing or incorrect elements, click the “Confirm” button.
